My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great for exploring Birmingham, the service was incredibly helpful and friendly, the dining was enjoyable, and the facilities were top-notch. The only downside was that it was cold during the day, but overall, a well-deserved 5-star rating.
